How to register and submit your research to the conference
Registration and Submission
We welcome graduate students from all disciplines to participate in the International Conference for Graduate Students: Horizons of Research and Innovation.
Submission Guidelines
Participants are invited to register and submit their research abstracts through the online submission form.
Types of Submissions
Oral Presentations
- Research presentations in conference sessions
- 15-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
- Eligible for Best Oral Presentation Award ($1,000)
Poster Presentations
- Visual presentation of research findings
- Interactive format during dedicated poster sessions
- Eligible for Best Poster Presentation Award ($500)
Submission Requirements
- All submissions must be original research
- Abstract submission through online form
- Submissions undergo peer-review by scientific committees
- Research must fit within one of the three scientific tracks:
- Medical and Health Sciences
- Natural Sciences
- Humanities

Scientific Tracks
Track 1: Medical and Health Sciences
Research in medicine, health sciences, pharmacy, nursing, and related medical fields.
Scientific Committee Chair: Prof. Mohyeddin Assali
Track 2: Natural Sciences
Research in physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, computer science, engineering, and related disciplines.
Scientific Committee Chair: Dr. Yahya Salahat
Track 3: Humanities
Research in literature, history, philosophy, social sciences, education, law, and related areas.
Scientific Committee Chair: Dr. Safaa Hamada
How to Submit
- Prepare your research abstract
- Complete the online registration form
- Submit your abstract through the online submission portal
- Await peer-review results
- Receive acceptance notification by February 15, 2026
- Prepare your final presentation

All submissions undergo a peer-review process by the respective scientific committees to ensure:

Accepted presenters will receive:
- Presentation guidelines
- Template files for slides/posters
- Technical requirements
- Schedule and session information
