Conference Awards
The International Conference for Graduate Students recognizes excellence in research and presentation through awards in each academic track.
Award Categories
Each of the three scientific tracks will grant two awards to outstanding participants:
Best Oral Presentation Award
- Prize: $1,000 USD per track
- Total: 3 awards (one per track)
- Criteria: Research quality, presentation skills, Q&A handling, and overall impact
- Selection: Evaluated by scientific committee members and session chairs
Best Poster Presentation Award
- Prize: $500 USD per track
- Total: 3 awards (one per track)
- Criteria: Visual design, content quality, research significance, and presenter engagement
- Selection: Judged during dedicated poster sessions by committee members
Scientific Tracks
Awards will be presented in each of the following tracks:

Medical and Health Sciences
- Best Oral Presentation: $1,000
- Best Poster Presentation: $500

Total Awards
- Total Prize Money: $4,500 USD
- Total Number of Awards: 6 awards
- Winners per Track: 2 awards
Award Selection Process
- Submission: All accepted papers are automatically considered for awards
- Presentation Evaluation: Scientific committee members and session chairs evaluate presentations during the conference
- Poster Session: Dedicated judging during poster presentation sessions
- Final Selection: Committees meet to finalize award winners
- Awards Ceremony: Winners announced and prizes presented during the closing ceremony

- Clarity of presentation
- Quality of visual materials
- Ability to answer questions
- Contribution to the field
For Poster Presentations
- Visual design and layout
- Clarity of information
